I grew up at Cactus Country, surrounded by hospitality. With Joel’s help buying this property and renovating the cabins, I’ve been building a place where people can get together and make a wedding their own.
You can keep it simple, or bring in food trucks, live music and the people who’ll help put it all together. I’m here to show you around and help you work out what fits.

Friday
Cars arrive, cabins fill up and familiar faces start appearing. Put things in place, lend each other a hand, then sit down for dinner with the people who’ve come early.
Tomorrow, you get married.
Tonight, you get to be together.
Saturday
Breakfast, getting ready, then out to the ceremony. Afterwards, drinks on the lawn, something good to eat and music carrying into the evening.
Your closest people have a place to stay. There’s time to enjoy the celebration you’ve brought everyone here for.
Sunday
Have coffee and breakfast with the people who stayed overnight.
We don’t book weddings back-to-back, so there’s no incoming wedding pushing you out first thing. Have breakfast together, gather your belongings and head home around lunchtime.
We’ll take care of the venue cleaning.
Check your dateThe lagoon, red gums, lawns, cabins and mud-brick reception venue are all part of your booking. You won’t be sharing them with another wedding.
Say your vows beside the lagoon at the red gum arbour. Gather around wine barrels on the lawn. Move between the outdoor spaces and the reception venue as the celebration unfolds.
The undercover ceremony area opens towards the cabins and lagoon, with the toilet and shower block and function hall entrance on the other two sides. We’ll show you how it works when you visit.
The Paddock particularly suits relaxed weddings of around 50 to 150 guests, with room to mingle, eat, dance and catch up.
Explore the property ↗When the dancing finishes, your closest people can head back to their cabins. In the morning, you’re together again over coffee, breakfast and stories from the night before.
There’s room for up to 66 people across eight self-contained cabins with ensuites and kitchenettes, plus additional bed-only cabins. More guests can stay onsite in tents or caravans.
Comfortable places to sleep, with your people close by.
We’ve had a saxophonist who also DJs, a Kombi serving cocktails on tap, and food trucks serving pizza, burgers and Asian fusion.
Bring your own alcohol, choose your caterer and work with the vendors you want. There’s no corkage, compulsory alcohol package or required supplier list.
And you don’t have to work it all out from scratch. We can recommend caterers, planners and other good people who already know the property and how weddings work here.

Cabin accommodation for up to 66 people, including eight self-contained cabins with ensuites and kitchenettes, plus additional bed-only cabins. Linen is included. There’s also space for guests to camp or bring caravans.
Tables and chairs, 10 wine barrels, a Bluetooth speaker and microphones.
We handle the post-wedding venue cleaning. There’s no need to rush through Sunday morning cleaning the venue. Enjoy breakfast together, gather your belongings and head home around lunchtime.

Arrive Thursday from 2pm, unless otherwise arranged. Unpack, settle into the cabins and take your time setting things up. Welcome the people travelling from further away.
By Friday, you’re already at home here.

The cabins sleep up to 66 people in total. That includes eight self-contained cabins with ensuites and kitchenettes, plus additional bed-only cabins. More guests can stay onsite in tents or caravans, so 66 is the cabin capacity, not the total number of wedding guests. Tell us your numbers and we can talk through the sleeping arrangements.
Post-wedding venue cleaning is included. Put rubbish in the bins and take your belongings and decorations with you. You'll also need to arrange collection of hired items with your vendors. Our cleaners handle the normal venue reset.
For the Wedding Weekend, arrive on Friday to settle in and start setting up. Choose four days and check in from 2pm Thursday, unless otherwise arranged. Sunday morning is yours to enjoy together, with departure around lunchtime. We don't book weddings back-to-back. We'll confirm arrival arrangements with you before your stay.
You arrange food and drinks separately. Bring your own alcohol and choose your caterer and vendors, or ask us for recommendations. There's no corkage or compulsory food and drinks package.

Absolutely. Once we've talked through your dates, we can arrange a private tour so you can see the spaces and cabins and ask questions.
